Terms and conditions of purchase

These terms and conditions regulate the purchase of products in the CELLA online store by consumers. They are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), and by the LSSI-CE. We recommend that you read them, and save or print them, before placing an order.

1. Seller

The seller is the owner of the store identified in the Legal Notice. Contact: easycentury2023@gmail.com.

2. Who can purchase

Purchases can be made by adults with the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Products are sold for personal use and not for resale.

3. Products and information

Each product page shows the main characteristics of the product, its format, price, and availability. The images are photographs from the manufacturer; packaging design may vary slightly depending on the batch. Ingredients and instructions for use are based on the manufacturer's information. Always check the packaging label, especially if you have allergies or sensitivity to any ingredient.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price: they are indicated in the cart and during the checkout process, before you confirm the order, based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method (see the Shipping Policy). The applicable price is the one that appears at the moment the order is confirmed. If a price contains a manifest error, we will inform you before shipping the order, and you may confirm it at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Availability

Only products shown as available can be purchased. If, due to exceptional circumstances, a product from a confirmed order cannot be supplied, we will inform you without delay and refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

6. How to place an order

1. Add the products to the cart.
2. Click "Checkout" and enter your contact details and delivery address.
3. Choose the shipping method and payment method from those available.
4. Review the order summary, where you can correct any details, and confirm it with the payment button. By doing so, the order entails an obligation to pay.

The contract is formalized in Spanish. After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of the purchase, which includes these conditions by reference. We retain the electronic record of the order, which you may access by requesting it via email.

7. Payment

The available payment methods are shown during the checkout process. Payment is processed through secure gateways; CELLA does not have access to your full card details. The charge is made upon order confirmation.

8. Shipping and delivery

Destinations, rates, and delivery conditions are described in the Shipping Policy. Unless another timeframe is indicated during the purchase process, we will deliver the order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation.

9. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide justification, with the exceptions provided by law. The complete procedure and the withdrawal form are in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

10. Legal guarantee

Products have the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in the TRLGDCU, which covers lack of conformity that manifests within a period of three years from delivery. For cosmetic products, the guarantee applies respecting their nature and their expiration date or period after opening indicated on the packaging. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, write to us indicating the order number and, if possible, attach a photograph; we will repair or replace it, and if that is not possible, we will refund the amount at no cost to you.

11. Use of products

Follow the instructions and warnings on the packaging. For sensitive skin, we recommend testing the product on a small area before using it on the entire face. If irritation occurs, discontinue use, and if it persists, consult a healthcare professional.

12. Customer service and complaints

You can contact us through the contact page or at easycentury2023@gmail.com. We will respond to complaints as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one month from their submission.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the consumer services of your autonomous community or the municipal consumer information office (OMIC) in your locality. Out-of-court resolution systems: Indicate if the owner is subscribed to the Consumer Arbitration System or another alternative dispute resolution entity.

13. Liability

CELLA is responsible for compliance with these conditions and the conformity of the products in accordance with applicable regulations. Nothing in these conditions limits the rights recognized by law to consumers.

14. Modification of conditions

We may modify these conditions. The conditions in force at the time you place your order will apply.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may file any claim before the courts and tribunals of your place of residence. If you reside in another Member State of the European Union, you maintain the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
