Cookie policy
Last update: October 15, 2026.
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones are used in the CELLA store, and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, the GDPR, and the Guide on the use of cookies from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser to remember information about your visit. Under this name, we also include similar technologies, such as browser local storage.
2. Who uses them
The store runs on the Shopify platform. The cookies described below are installed by Shopify on behalf of CELLA (first-party cookies managed by the platform). At this time, the store does not have any third-party applications or advertising tools installed that set their own cookies. If any are incorporated in the future, we will update this policy and they will only be activated with your consent.
3. Types of cookies we use
Technical or necessary cookies
These allow the store to function: maintaining the contents of the cart, remembering the language, country, and currency, keeping the session secure, completing the payment, and saving your cookie preferences. They are exempt from consent because they are essential to provide the service you request. The main ones are:
| Cookie | Purpose | Approximate duration |
|---|---|---|
| cart | Stores items in the cart. | 2 weeks |
| cart_currency | Maintains the cart currency after completing a purchase. | 2 weeks |
| localization | Adapts the cart to the shopper's country. | 1 year |
| _shopify_essential | Essential session, checkout process, and anti-tampering data. | 1 year |
| discount_code | Saves a discount code received via link to apply it at checkout. | Session |
| shopify_pay | Allows logging into Shop Pay if you return to the checkout process. | 1 year |
| _shopify_test | Checks if the browser supports cookies. | 1 minute |
Analytical cookies
These help to understand how the store is used (pages visited, source of visits, interaction with the cart) in order to improve it, through Shopify's statistics (_shopify_analytics cookie, 1-year duration). They are only installed if you accept them.
Marketing cookies
These are used to show relevant advertising on other sites and measure its effectiveness (Shopify _shopify_marketing cookie, 1-year duration). We currently do not use third-party advertising tools. If they are activated in the future, they will only be installed if you accept them.
4. How to manage your consent
Analytical and marketing cookies remain disabled until you give your consent in the cookie notice. You can accept, reject, or configure them by category, and change your decision at any time from the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. Rejecting these cookies does not prevent you from making purchases in the store.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, the cart and checkout process may not function correctly. Information for the most common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
5. More information
You can consult the details of the platform's cookies in the Shopify cookie policy and how we use your data in our Privacy Policy. For any questions, write to us at easycentury2023@gmail.com.
